ANALYSIS
The annual income of the church and the number of years in
children's ministry experience play a role but are not
consistent factors in determining compensation averages. The
importance that a church places on children's ministry,
though hard to quantify, is probably the most important
factor in determining compensation for the children's
pastor/director.
